It is a system for improving the measurement of productivity ratios in any company or organisation, and the analysis of these ratios. With these measurements we have a reliable system of evaluation at different levels, starting from the workers of the company, category, centre, territory or business.

The product is based on the definition of KPIs of 100% variable design and typology and their combination with data monitoring the daily activity of workers. With these KPIs we can measure any value within the activities carried out by a company and classify it as it is most convenient for its study, the most common being KPIs classified by business and by professional category.

Common steps

  • 1. Definition of KPIs and objectives.

    We define KPIs by business and professional category. We define objectives taking into account advanced seasonality
  • 2. Definition of data forms.

    We define the data collection forms for these KPIs. We associate the forms with points of entry into the company (work reports, service sheets, operations, etc.)
  • 3. Daily work.

    Option 1: Managers, workers and other collaborators feed KPIs through the associated forms. Option 2: Automatic processes feed the forms (IOT). Option 3: other production systems feed the data
  • 4. Data Analytics.

    Unlimited analysis. Real-time data on: worker productivity and quality (with evolution or trend), productivity and quality maps in the process (averages for categories and territories), impact of subjective data, performance evaluation data, etc. The analysis is comprehensive at any level of the organisation: business, centre, territory or geographical area, professional category, specific activity, etc.

APyE and absolute measuring

    The product breaks down the barrier between the subjective and the objective with 4 types of measurements:

  • Assessment according to activity. Based on the objectives indicated in the definition of the KPIs, we assess the time in which the tasks are carried out and apply correction factors based on the quality of the task
  • Assessment according to operation. We assess productivity based on the objectives set by the KPIs and the number of units that have been carried out
  • Assessment according to performance evaluation
