The information is instantly updated for all users with access to view it, even if they are at the company's headquarters, for example, in Australia. As main advantages of being 100% Internet, we find the immediate availability of the information, the reduction of errors due to duplicate elements or differences in versions and the mobility it provides to the user, allowing access from anywhere at any time. As an added value, QuarkVision is based on Web Services, a technology that allows the integration of the product with other existing applications in the company, giving more mobility, if possible, to the documents managed by the company.

Activity Log and Actions Log

QuarkVision^® has an activity log that allows you to know in detail any step taken with the document since its birth. In the event of a modification to one of the data associated with a document, the system will reflect in the activity log the user who made the change, date, time, document, old value and new value of the modified data.

Document protection

As an additional security measure, QuarkVision allows you to protect documents individually or in bulk, in such a way that they will only be visible to the people that the user decides. This document protection is perfectly integrated with the application's security, working in parallel and allowing the user to define a complete security system with which to be sure that their confidential documents are perfectly protected.
